Stephen Blaney
Chairman
Stephen joined Brown Shipley as an Executive Director in August 2001 following its acquisition of Fairmount Group Plc from Legal & General. He had been Chairman of Fairmount and its subsidiary companies from 1978 until the acquisition. He was made Head of the Private Client Division in 2002 and subsequently appointed Managing Director of Brown Shipley in January 2003. In January 2009 Stephen became Chairman of Brown Shipley.
Stephen is a Member of the Securities Institute and has been working in the financial services and banking industry since 1967.
